The M&D Holdings “Take a girl child to work” program, is an annual corporate social investment event by our company and National Empowerment Fund in collaboration with other stakeholders where promote “good corporate citizenship through social involvement in the communities we work and live in”.
The Program is aimed at exposing girl child learners to real working experience and a diverse range of careers through inspiring and motivating them to dream and follow their own dreams. Participating female learners (school pupils), usually from disadvantaged backgrounds, spends the day at our work places being exposed to various career disciplines that M&D Holdings is involved into such as engineering, IT, waste management, agriculture, Hardware retail etc.
