Darodox (Pty) Ltd is a subsidiary company of M & D Holdings (Pty) Ltd which was founded in 2015 in the Northern Cape Province. Like all M & D subsidiary companies; our company is a 100% black-owned investment firm with a footprint in four provinces and interests in multiple sectors ranging from engineering, IT and mining to property development.
Its business model is that of an in-sourced capacity partner that strengthens the capability of the client organisation to conceptualise, compile, source and deliver tailored projects on a scale that the country’s economic needs require. The company was founded in 2015 in the NC Province and –like all M & D subsidiary companies –is 100% black-owned and managed. The company’s meteoric rise has seen it being entrusted with pioneering flagship skills development projects, funded at unprecedented levels. Project Management and Implementation Unit of the NC Rural TVET College, under the auspices of the Northern Cape Provincial Government (NCPG). Currently delivering the largest Flagship project of the province through the recruitment and training of 2,361 beneficiaries.
